Some things are impossible to avoid, SADNESS is one of them. We all have faced it. In your life, few sad moments are invited by yourself while others come NATURALLY, and you are meant to face them. The ones which are natural like death, sickness, they are impossible to avoid. But there are some which you have been BROUGHT into your life by you. You bring them in and then you never let them go.

The sad part of all is when you know very well about the things, relations and actions that make you sad and instead of getting rid of it you HOLD them tight. You give PERMISSION to such actions to hurt you, which is very wrong. 

1. REALIZE AND ACCEPT

The first step of this is realizing that you are sad. Sometimes you adjust according to the situation, you shut your dreams for someone else who does not even care about them. This tells that why someone else will care about you if you don’t care about your own happiness. Don’t ignore and don’t hide your sadness. Realize it and then accept it that yes, I am sad, only then you will be able to do fight for your happiness.

2. HAPPINESS

Life is short, and it is meant to be lived HAPPILY without hurting anybody else and without getting hurt. It is always easy to ACHIEVE anything in life when you are happy and when you have the support of your loved ones. You can CHEER UP others only if you are truly happy.

3. LET GO

Don’t bound yourself in toxic relationships. Your friends, family, partner these relationships are to SUPPORT, ENCOURAGE and be TRUTHFUL to each other, they are to laugh with you in happy times and EMPOWER you in tough times but when that support and love are missing from these relations and even after hundreds of attempts to make it work, it still does not work then it’s time to let it go.

4. SELF-CARE

You need to SUPPORT yourself first before supporting others. RESPECT your feelings and don’t let others crush it. Take RESPONSIBILITY for your life and your happiness. Taking care of yourself needs to be your PRIORITY when you are letting others run over you.
