Sometimes life takes you through difficult times. It tests you and tests you hard. You struggle, you try, you push hard to come out of it. At last, you do come out of it with time, with your hard work and by not giving up on it. The best thing you gain out of it is that you come out STRONG. You should be PROUD of yourself because you performed, you fought, and you WON. You should be thankful because you LEARNT, and you are now aware.
1. DO NOT GIVE UP
When life is trying you need to STAND there and face it all. Giving up is the worst decision at that time. There is always a BRIGHTER side at the end, but if you gave up earlier you won’t see it. It is an easy option to choose but how many times you will give up. Life will put you in the same situation again and again until you defeat it.
2. REMEMBER YOUR STRENGTHS
It’s the time when you need to be aware of your POSITIVE and STRONG side. You need to find out what can you do to make the situation BETTER. Trust on your strengths and let it led your way. Your strength can be your team, your knowledge, your attitude and you need it all in that moment.

3. BELIEVE
It’s a small word but it has the POWER of changing the world. Your BELIEF and faith can make anything possible. When you truly believe that you will ACHIEVE a certain goal and when you strongly believe you put your whole soul to make that thing possible.

4. SEEK FOR INSPIRATION
Getting demotivated during such times is normal but what you actually need to do it to inspire yourself. Bless yourself with some POSITIVE energy and positive vibes. Surround yourself with your SUPPORTERS. Talk to your mentors, LISTEN and read about people who inspire you.
5. LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITIES
Keep your mind open and looks for an opportunity even in tough times. Sometimes bad results lead you to the next good door. Keep your mind OPEN and welcome the new opportunities.
6. BE PATIENT
Time heals so many wounds, sometimes giving time and waiting patiently can solve your problem. Time can give you opportunity to think and find different ways to solve and understand your problem. It will give time sit back and do the ANALYSES properly.
7. SHARE YOUR FEELINGS
Share your thoughts and seek advice from the people on whom you TRUST and who wants best for you. Maybe they have gone through similar situations and they can help you with their experience. Sometimes people can help you with their EXPERIENCE. Sharing your feelings will gives you positivity and will inspire you.
8. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL STABILITY
