NORMALLY RETURNS ARE BASED ON MONEY INVESTED and we keep on getting returns year on year on the initial investment. What if we take out the invested money, will your investment still grow?

What if I tell you that there is a way and we can keep taking out money and keep reinvesting at different places but your original investment is growing as much.

I AM DOING THE EXACTLY SAME THING USING REAL ESTATE

GOOD DEBT

Good Debt comes from Assets with INCOME, so you don’t have to pay for it from your own pocket, For example, Rents from Stores, Apartments or Land.

People are scared of DEBT and LOANS, our previous generations went through completely different lifestyles and their main MOTTO was to pay off the DEBT, It also due to very HIGH INTEREST RATES in the past.

But time has changed, MONEY IS CHEAP, It’s because INTEREST RATES are at their lowest point.

In 2021, I got a $1.1 Million mortgage at 1.6 percent interest and that property is growing at the rate of 5-10% yearly. So, imagine how cheap money is.

If YOU want to grow, You can’t be scared of DEBT, More GOOD DEBT you can acquire, the more wealth you will create.

LET’S SEE HOW TO BUILD A SYSTEM FOR INFINITE RETURNS THROUGH REAL ESTATE.

FIRST START WITH THE INVESTMENT\PROPERTY PURCHASE

In 2014, I bought my first Rental Property of 8 UNITS in MONTREAL. That Time, I put down 25% which was $250K to make a purchase of a $1 Million property. Those days, I used to think, I need to sell this property in a few years and buy bigger to grow big but I was completely wrong.

Selling the property makes you lose money because you have to pay a lot of fees and TAXES.

Then I found a better way, I will keep the property but still can grow.

REFINANCING

In 2017, around 3 years later, I wanted to buy another property but I didn’t have much cash in my hand to buy, most of the money was already invested in the first property.

So, I refinanced my property for $150K and I used $50K saved from Cash flow. Got a total of $200K.

and I bought my second property of 9 UNITS worth $1 Million.

So, now the same money is growing at two places and giving me double returns.

This year 2022, I refinanced the same property again which I bought in 2014 and took out $250K + $55K saved from Cash flow = $280K and bought another property of 9 units.

Now, Same money is growing in 3 different properties.

INFINITE RETURNS

Let’s go back a little bit, I just invested $250k but I took out $500K, almost double of what I invested.

The Property is still mine which is worth over $1.6 Million and it is still growing at the same level.

So, the property gave me $250K extra and is still growing.

This is how it’s infinite returns works because none of my money is invested anymore in the property, Actually I took out even the returns but property is still growing at the same level.

Can you do this with STOCKS? Can you take out your money but still keep getting the same returns, I don’t think so.

Now Imagine, I haven’t refinanced my second property yet which I will do this year and am expecting to take out another $250K.

That same money is kept moving to the next property and the previous property is growing without any of my own money in it. THIS IS JUST AWESOME. THIS IS HOW I AM GOING TO MAKE $100M.
