Fear is a Reaction. Courage is a Decision meaning, we humans have a tendency to react in FEAR and take bad decisions, it takes courage to stand up in difficult circumstances to take right decisions. Instead of running away from situations in FEAR, take a stand and fight for your rights. 

Fear stops you from moving FORWARD. It is an uncomfortable situation which causes panic and we want to bring ourselves out from that feeling. Fear will stop you from understanding and making a RIGHT DECISION. In the situation of fear, we often pick the wrong path, of avoiding, running away and panicking. The correct thing to do at that time is to stay calm, analyze, understand the situation, plan and move forward with confidence. Courage PROMOTES you. A positive and happy mind has the capability of achieving anything.

1. FEAR MAKES YOU IMPOTENT

Your fear takes over your CONTROL. It generates negative THOUGHTS and put all the things that can go wrong in front of you. You start small and as you keep on thinking all the negatives it grows into this huge burden on you which makes you feel that you are unable to control it. You become HELPLESS and you QUIT to get rid of the burden, which works for few moments, but it impacts you in long run.

2. FEAR WASTES YOUR TIME

Time is PRECIOUS, we all know the value of it. Fear makes us overthink everything. It will not let you do your work and will not go away. One way you can avoid stressing yourself for everything is by REALIZING how important your TIME is. You know that if you stay stuck in the situation for a long time it will impact your overall PRODUCTIVITY. So, value your time and AVOID panicking all the time.

3. COURAGE HELPS YOU GROW

Your GROWTH lies in your confidence. It lies in how responsible you are, and It lies in how much PRESSURE you can handle. You already know by now that ups and downs are part of life, then what is the need to panic and lose control. It is the time when you need to be ATTENTIVE than ever. Stay confident and move towards the problem to SOLVE it. Your VICTORY will make you FORGET all the HARDSHIPS.
