Hi!

Most of the people I know call me Ravi. I do have some other weird Nick Names too.  

I am a father, husband, blogger and photographer by passion, software programmer by profession and very active real estate investor. I mainly invest in Rental Properties and INDEX FUNDS.

I am SELF MADE MILLIONAIRE and this blog is about my journey and all the lessons which I learnt. By this blog, I like to share how I made certain decisions differently which made me millionaire which is just the starting point of this journey to achieve my bigger goals.

Back in 2013, I dived into the topic of personal development and have immersed myself in it since then. Reading a lot of personal development books has been key to a big change in me and my success.

Quick implementation has been key to my success as well, I have been implementing what I have learnt so far.

Here are few things which are CORE to my SUCCESS:

  1. Setting GOALS is the most important thing to achieve success, we are direction-less without goals.
  2. Thinking BIG can take you to the next level, we lost this skill as we grow older and this is something important to learn again.
  3. MAGIC OF COMPOUNDING, it has been called the 8th wonder of the world for no reason. Simple and small steps we take today turns into big achievements in the future.
  4. INVEST in yourself for at least 10 years before making big purchase like buying HOME.

There are many more things which I have learnt and all of that going to be part of my future blogs.

It has been a wonderful journey so far but there is much more to come.

Here are some of my BIGGER GOALS:

  1. Build a NET-WORTH close to $50 MILLION, I don’t know why I picked that number but I think this is something which I can ACHIEVE.
  2. Start REAL ESTATE investment CAPITAL FUND.
  3. Make this blog SUCCESS.
  4. Currently, I own around 20 rental units, I am targeting to buy around 300 units eventually.
  5. Live in a beautiful HOME beside LAKE.
